Job Profile :
To answer enquiries on chat in a polite and professional manner
Provide customers with product and service information
Respond to customer inquiries
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Identify and escalate priority issues
Complete call& transaction logs
Capture customer data accurately.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Basic customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Good communication skills (Written & spoken)
Good typing /keyboard handling skills
flexible to work in any shifts
Ability to multi-task (handling 3 chats concurrently).
Sales experience & relevant knowledge is an added advantage.
